We have recently completed our renovation for our BTO flat at Edgedales Plain in Punggol by your company. We would like to commend Mr.Michael Kong for the promt and courteous services he gave us. The whole renovation process went smoothly without any hiccups and we were updated of the progress weekly. We also appreciated his quick response to problems and he would rectified it almost immediately. Michael was the lead on our home renovations project and he very much gave us 110%. He communicated well, was in touch with regular updates and kept things rolling and on track. The carpentry service rendered to us by your carpenters was top notch! They paid careful attention to our detailed specific requests which we had to be quite fussy about, due to the fengshui positioning for our kids’ study table. We love the end results! The attention given to details and the workmanship plus ABS finishings of our table and cabinet were perfect and worth the price we paid! I have kudos and praises for Ah Chen because the previous contractor engaged for our kitchen re makeover was not as attentive, as in the finishing touches were not what we specified (but have to accept because we were not about to start a war on finishing touches). Kudos to Jackson & Michael from Acclaim Interior Design Pte Ltd. – I approve!

Would like to drop a short appreciation note to both of you for helping and guiding me through my office renovation project. I am so glad that Willie referred your company to me while I was sourcing for a reliable contractor for office renovations.I am deeply thankful to the both of you for handholding me from the start to the end of the process and it really shows the years of experience in this remodelling industry that the both of you have to help me avoid all the unnecessary and costly mistakes and ideas that my company could have made if not for your timely advice. The best thing was that you delivered on your promise to complete the project by 5 weeks so that we could move in on time and not waste additional rent cost for the old office unit we had to return. So many things happened during these 5 weeks and I’m so appreciative and thankful to the both of you and your whole team of workers for all the work done to get this new office unit ready. There were times that you help me over and beyond your job scope and I am truly thankful for. I will definitely look for the both of you again for any new renovation jobs in the future for my home or office or refer you to my close family and friends.

We would like to give our utmost appreciation & compliment to Jackson & Michael, for a great job done to our home renovations. They completed the renovation as planned, and within our budget and our desired outcome. We are pleased with their teamwork and commitment. They handled the renovation works without us having to be onsite most of the time and communicated with us daily through calls & whatsapp on the progress of the renovations. There were many days throughout the 8 weeks renovations when they and their workers worked overtime and through the weekends to get our home ready due to our very tight move-in date.
